1. Contact & brief
We start with a conversation about your idea, business goals, and expectations for the project. You describe what you need — a website, store, application, or extension of an existing system. I ask clarifying questions, suggest suitable technology, and outline a rough timeline. We can talk by email, phone, or online, or meet at the office in Zielona Góra (ul. Obywatelska 33 B) if you prefer an in-person meeting. Office hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. This first conversation is non-binding — it is about checking whether we are a good fit.
2. Quote & agreement
Based on the brief, I prepare a detailed quote: scope of work, milestones, deadlines, and payment terms. No hidden costs — you know what you pay for and exactly what you receive. If anything needs clarification, we discuss it before signing. Once accepted, we sign an agreement (remotely or at an office meeting). From that point you have clarity on deliverables, timeline, and my responsibilities.
3. Design & approval
Before I write the first line of code, we align on visual and functional direction. I prepare layout, content structure, sitemap, or mockups of key screens — depending on project type. Together we refine look, navigation, and features before coding starts. This is the stage where your feedback matters most — changes here are cheaper and faster than after launch. Once you approve, we move to development.
4. Development & testing
I build the website, store, or application as agreed. I keep you updated on progress — no disappearing for weeks without contact. During development you can share feedback within the agreed scope. Before go-live I run tests: responsiveness on phone and tablet, forms, payments (if applicable), loading speed, basic technical SEO, and security. I want the product to be ready not only visually, but technically as well.
5. Launch & handover
I deploy the project on the target domain and server. I configure hosting, SSL, redirects, and — if needed — email or integrations with external systems. You receive access credentials, a short CMS guide (WordPress, store, etc.), and documentation when required. We can meet at the office to walk through the admin panel and answer questions in person. After this stage the project is ready to use — you can start working with it right away.
6. Post-launch support
The project does not end on launch day. A good IT system needs updates, backups, and sometimes new features. I offer ongoing technical care: updates, monitoring, small fixes, and development as your business grows. Many clients stay with me for years — as a technology partner, not a one-off contractor. We adapt scope and communication (remote, email, phone, office meetings) to your needs.
Have a project in mind? Let's talk — the first step is a short conversation with no obligation. Call, send an email, or book a meeting at the office in Zielona Góra.
